Gratin de pates au bacon et poireau sauce moutarde
Ingrédients :
200 g de pâtes
2 blancs de poireaux
1 échalote
15 cl de crème fraîche
2 c a s de moutarde
des allumettes de bacon
80g de fromage râpé
huile d'olive
sel, poivre
Faire revenir les échalotes et les poireaux en morceaux dans de l'huile une vingtaine de minutes.
Les mélanger avec les pâtes cuites, le bacon, et le mélange crème moutarde, saler et poivrer.
Verser dans un plat à gratin, recouvrer de fromage râpé.
Enfourner 25 minutes à 200 °c
